Sprint Robotics has announced that its flagship event, the Sprint Robotics World Conference for Inspection & Maintenance Robotics 2025, will be held in Amsterdam from October 20 to 22, marking the 10th anniversary of the collaborative.
Returning to the RAI Amsterdam, the 2025 edition promises an expanded three-day program focused on robotics solutions for inspection, maintenance, and cleaning across critical industries.
The event is expected to draw over 550 delegates, 50+ international speakers, and more than 50 exhibitors from sectors including oil & gas, energy, chemicals, renewables, aerospace, and marine.
Celebrating a decade of promoting robotic adoption in hard-to-access and hazardous environments, the conference will showcase cutting-edge technologies from leading robotics companies, facilitate global networking, and offer expert-led sessions and workshops.
Steve Smith, chair of the 2025 conference, says: “This event is not just a conference – it’s a global platform where innovators, asset owners, and technology providers come together to shape the future of I&M robotics.”
The week-long program kicks off on October 19 with social activities and exhibitor setup. Key highlights during the main conference days include an Anniversary Party, the Sprint Robotics Awards 2025, the RISE Thesis Pitch Challenge, and a Global Participant Day on October 23.
In 2024, the conference held in Antwerp welcomed participants from 35+ countries and 149 companies, cementing the event’s status as a premier gathering for robotics innovation in industrial asset care.
To mark the anniversary, early bird registration discounts of up to 30 percent are available until July 31, 2025. Sponsorship and exhibitor packages are also open, offering companies the chance to showcase their innovations to a highly targeted global audience.
